Shipment

Vel Design Ltd is currently making shipments only on the territory of Europe.

1. Minimum order value and shipping cost

Our minimum order value is € 5 000. For Canvas Art Paintings we don't have minimum order value and minimum order quantity (your order can consist of only one single item).

For orders that worth above € 10 000 we provide free shipping via ground transportation in Central (Continental) Europe, Eastern Europe and European Russia. The only inconvenience of shipping by land is that it takes time and the waiting period of shipments is roughly 10 business days (depending on the destination). Fast and express delivery is a considerably more expensive mode of shipping, we can organise it only for lightweight goods.

Keep in mind that the the higher the price of the order, the lower the shipping cost per item and consequently, the better the discount you will get. Still, regardless of the location and destination, we are determined to deliver your order right at your doorstep.

2. Packaging

Depending on the goods they are securely packaged in wood crates, on a pallet or double-boxed. We use packing paper or bubble wrap for each item for fully insured delivery. 

Oversized items over 70 kg or 150 cm in length that are shipped on a pallet/wooden crating.

Before your goods are shipped, they undergo meticulous inspections for any damages or defects to ensure their quality and proper delivery. Our high quality products and services meet or exceed our clients' expectations check .
